– Paying attention to crew training, creating good conditions for seafarers to improve their professional skills, foreign language ability, such as giving seafarers time, paying tuition fees, training allowances for courses ( updated, operating officer exam, management officer, master craftsman, captain, English), creating conditions for seafarers to practice on board with the title of Deck Intern, Engine Intern or Trainee Trainee. on the professional fleet.

– Selecting potential ship owners and keeping good relations with traditional customers… Our company has provided Vietnamese crew members for finished oil tankers, chemical ships, bulk carriers,,…. We have expanded cooperation with customers from Korea, Singapore, Philippines.

– Regularly negotiate with ship owners to ensure the interests of seafarers.

Maintain an annual seafarer and seafarer family conference, listen to the opinions and aspirations of seafarers and seafarers' families. Responsible for the welfare of crew members and themselves (gifts on wedding day, childbirth, traditional New Year's Day, Seafarer's Day; mourning death; visiting sick seafarer's parents/wife/children) and reward crew members for their work and study achievements.
